Machine checks before each use

Before the machine can be used, it must be checked before deploying the machine from storage to the field. Follow these checks:

Check the machine frame and components for damage.
Check that the HMI device is not damaged.
Check that the finish panels and covers are securely attached to the machine.

WARNING

Risk of serious injury or death!

Do not operate the machine if any of the covers are loose or missing.
Check the machine hydraulic system for leaks.

Examine the bottom of the hydraulic fittings and hoses for signs of oil.

Notice

If a hydraulic oil leak is found, remove the hydraulic oil with an absorbent towel.

Contact Biocore to arrange a repair.
Check the condition of the tires and wheels.

Tire pressure must be 36 psi (2.5 bar).

If the tires require replacement, refer to section "Tire replacement".
Ensure that the battery is fully charged (approximately 27 V).

Test the operation of the safety devices.
