Safety devices

The machine safety devices must be tested regularly to ensure safe and reliable operation.

To test the emergency stop button (E-STOP), follow these steps:

1. Turn the main power switch ON.

2. Wait for the HMI application to start-up.

3. Press the emergency stop button.

   The status light should start alternating red and yellow, and the system status on the HMI should indicate E-stopped.

To release the emergency stop button, turn it in the direction of the arrows shown on the button.
