Powering down the machine after testing

Caution

Risk of injury or damage!

Do not turn off main power switch without powering down the HMI.

To power down the machine after performing tests, follow these steps:

  1. On the HMI home page, select Manual Control > Hoist > Raise.

  2. Move the box carriage assembly locking lever to LOCK to prevent damage during transport and to support the carriage when the machine is not in use.

  3. On the HMI home page, select Manual Control > Hoist > Lower.

    This offloads tension on the hoist strap to ensure the carriage is fully supported by the mechanical carriage lock.

  4. Press the Emergency Stop (E-Stop) button.

    This de-pressurizes the system and locks out the mechanical systems to prevent accidental actuation.

  5. Turn off the HMI.

  6. Turn the main power switch to OFF.
