The towing hitch coupling on the BEAST connects with standard ball towing hitches at heights ranging 10" to 30" (25cm to 76cm) from the ground.

To adjust the towing hitch coupling to connect with the towing vehicle's ball hitch, follow these steps:

  1. Align the ball of the towing vehicle with the hitch coupler.

    • Use pins for coarse adjustment.

    • Use a ratcheting mechanism for fine adjustment.

  2. Connect the ball and the lock hitch coupler.

  3. Ensure that:

    1. The front caster is off the ground when towing and when the frame is fully down.

    2. That the towing vehicle does not prevent the frame from fully lowering onto the surface.

    Caution

    Risk of injury or damage!

The machine must not be towed with less than two pins attaching the towing hitch coupling to the adjustment channel.

The machine must be level when being towed.
